November 1996, M/C/C was given the challenge of launching a new wireless company, PrimeCo, and a new wireless service, PCS, in 14 cities on a single day. An intense and innovative public relations campaign, including the “World’s Largest Pizza Party” with simultaneous celebrations in all 14 markets, gained PrimeCo coverage in the Associated Press, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Business Week and many other major media players.
